- Hardware metrics: Screen resolution, storage capacity, RAM size, battery level and health
- Performance data: CPU model, memory utilisation, storage statistics
1.2 Network Data
- Connection type (Wi-Fi, cellular) and link speed
- Upload and download speed metrics during network tests
- Per-app data-usage statistics (requires your permission)
- IP address displayed in Device Check
1.3 App & Usage Data
- App last-used time and recent activity status (requires Usage Access)
- Installed app list, package names, sizes, and install dates for app management
- Cache and temporary file metadata for storage management features
- Recently active app information for viewing RAM status
1.4 Media & File Data
- Access to photos, videos, and audio files for duplicate detection, screenshot management, and media organisation
- Large-file metadata (name, size, path) for file browsing — we do not read file contents
1.5 Notification Data
- With explicit Notification Access permission, we read notification titles, body text, timestamps, and source apps to provide notification management
1.6 Push Notification Data
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) device token for delivering push notifications
- Notification delivery and interaction events (e.g., whether a notification was shown, clicked, or dismissed)
1.7 Analytics & Diagnostics
- Anonymous feature-usage events and interaction logs
- Crash reports and error traces to improve stability
2. How We Use Your Information
2.1 Core Functionality
- Storage Management: Help you browse large files, find duplicate photos, identify unused APK files, and review cache data
- Media Management: Help you view and organise photos, videos, and audio files; detect duplicate media and screenshots
- App Management: Display installed apps with size and usage information, and provide uninstall options
- Memory Status: Display current memory (RAM) usage information
- Network Tools: Run network speed tests and display per-app data consumption
- Battery Information: Display battery health, temperature, voltage, and charging status
- Notification Management: Help you view and manage notifications from various apps
- Device Check: Display an overview of your device's storage, memory, battery, and network status
2.2 Improvement & Security
- Analyse aggregated usage patterns to prioritise new features
- Identify and resolve software issues
- Prevent misuse, fraud, or security threats
3. Permissions We Request
Each permission maps to a specific feature. All permissions are optional — you may deny or revoke any of them at any time through your device Settings. Some features may be unavailable without their corresponding permission.
Storage / Media
Browse, view, and manage files, photos, videos, and audio on your device
Usage Access
Display app usage statistics and per-app data consumption
Notification Access
View, manage, and organise notifications
Query Packages
Display the list of installed applications and provide uninstall options
Network / Wi-Fi State
Check connectivity status, Wi-Fi information, and run network tests
Internet
Perform network speed tests, deliver push notifications, and load online resources
Post Notifications
Send storage status reminders and push notifications
4. Data Storage & Security
- On-Device Processing: The vast majority of data is processed locally on your device. Personal files, photos, and documents are not uploaded to external servers.
- Retention: Analytics data is kept only as long as needed to maintain and improve the service.
- Safeguards: We apply industry-standard encryption and access controls to protect information in transit and at rest.
- No Sale of Data: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.
5. Third-Party Services
The App may integrate the following third-party components:
- Google ML Kit (on-device): Used for on-device image labeling (e.g., screenshot detection). All processing occurs locally with no data sent to external servers.
- Firebase Analytics: Collects anonymous usage events and interaction data to help us understand feature usage and improve the App.
- Firebase Crashlytics: Collects crash reports and error logs to help us identify and fix stability issues.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM): Delivers push notifications. Your FCM device token is transmitted to our server to enable notification delivery.
These services are provided by Google and are governed by Google's Privacy Policy. We recommend reviewing that policy for additional detail.
6. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We share information only under the following circumstances:
- With Your Consent: When you explicitly authorise the sharing.
- Service Providers: Trusted vendors who assist in operating the App under strict confidentiality agreements.
- Legal Obligation: When disclosure is required by law, regulation, or enforceable government request.
- Rights Protection: When necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users or the public.
7. Your Rights & Choices
- Manage or revoke any permission via your device's Settings at any time.
- Clear all locally stored app data through device Settings.
- Request deletion of any collected personal data by emailing us.
- Uninstall the App to remove all local data permanently.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can promptly delete it.
9. International Transfers
If you access the App from outside our operating jurisdiction, your information may be transferred to and processed in other countries. By continuing to use the App, you consent to such transfers.
10. Regional Privacy Rights
